Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Each watch undergoes a final inspection before it is packaged for shipment.

Shipping Destinations & Cost

We offer free, fully insured worldwide shipping to over 150 countries. Every shipment includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after processing:

• Domestic: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost, as they vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by signing in to your account.

Signature & Insurance

Given the value of the pieces we sell, all shipments require an adult signature on delivery and are insured for their full value while in transit. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can file a claim and make it right.
